• Bachelor’s Degree in English / Education / any relevant discipline (Candidates with strong spoken English skills may be considered)

• 1 to 3 years

• Age 22 to 32 years

• Experience teaching job-aspiring students will be an advantage
• Knowledge of interview preparation or corporate communication is a plus
• Willingness to work in a training institute environment

Experience Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Spoken English teaching preferred
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply

• Strong command of spoken English

• Ability to explain grammar in an easy and practical manner

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct Spoken English classes for job-aspiring students
• Teach basic English grammar in a simple and practical way
• Improve students’ pronunciation, fluency, and confidence
• Prepare students for interviews, viva, group discussions, and workplace communication
• Use interactive teaching methods (role play, conversation practice, activities)
• Create a positive, engaging classroom environment where students enjoy learning
• Track student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain class discipline and professional standards
