Job Responsibilities:
∎ To planning, scheduling, monitoring of preventive maintenance & corrective maintenance.
∎ To monitoring all machine breakdown history and take effective maintenance program concern with production & electrical department
∎ To maintain repair and overhaul machines and equipment's to keep those in good operating condition.
∎ To install, rearrange or remove machineries or equipment's if required for operational purpose.
∎ To prepare an inspection schedule for all kinds of machines and equipment's and to sure regular inspection as per schedule.
∎ To initiate request for maintenance tools, spare parts and other necessary materials for maintenance operation.
∎ To monitoring and prepare proper lubrication schedule for different machines and equipment's.
∎ To give awareness about safety methods to all maintenance works.
∎ Co-ordination with other operating unit heads to facilitate better operation and maintenance schedule.
∎ To searching machineries, spares and other equipment in local market for emergency meet.
∎ To establish and maintain safety procedure related to man, machine and materials.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good inter-personal skills & leadership qualities for developing & motivating people to achieve optimum performance.
∎ A fair idea about maintenance & operation of the machineries & equipment's in the Factory.
