Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Continuous Casting Machine, Crane Maintenance, mechanical maintenance, Steel Melting, Steel Re rolling
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cement Industry, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Paper, Steel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the production of final products adhering to the schedule.
∎ Ensure highlighting production related issues for resolution.
∎ Adhere to the monthly billet charging plan.
∎ Adjust and correct machine set-ups of the billet charging supporting devices.
∎ Ensure the furnace condition (Maintaining proper temperature, pressure, combustion air supply, oxygen supply, gas supply etc.)
∎ Ensure production process at various production channels at unit (heating, grooving to reduce diameter as per specifications, cooling etc.).
∎ Adjust and correct machine set-ups to reduce thicknesses, reshape products, and eliminate product defects.
∎ Ensure ERP, OPM Production Batch managing required data sets.
∎ Ensure minimizing miss rolls generation.
∎ Monitor machine cycles and mill operation to detect jamming and to ensure that products conform to specifications.
∎ Ensure Safety by using PPE and maintenance of PPE properly at Workplace.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 2 - 5 years experience in similar field.
