∎ Diploma in Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Mainly experience on equipment - Batching plant, concrete pump, boom pump, mixer truck etc.
∎ Identify and rectify the machine problem and resolve it as required.
∎ Handle and resolve customer's complaints related to any kind of heavy equipment.
∎ Install and commission newly arrived machinery at the customer site.
∎ Attend the site in a professional manner to identify machine problems.
∎ Maintain proper documentation of all machine service.
∎ Provide instant feedback to both the client and the concerned authority.
∎ Guide the technicians for satisfactory solutions to any trouble.
∎ Willing to travel anytime and anywhere if required within Bangladesh.
∎ Ready to go for training, workshop, or seminar out of the country.

Workplace:
∎ Work at office
