Job Context:
∎ Jakson International Limited (JIL) is the Bangladesh unit of Jakson Group. It is the authorized country distributor of Cummins Diesel & Gas Gensets. It is also the exclusive partner for Cummins Marine Engines and Gensets in Bangladesh. In addition, it is the country distributor for Hyster Material Handling Equipment, Cummins Alternators and Valvoline Lubricants.
∎ JIL is looking for a smart and energetic person, who will be responsible for sales of Parts, Lube Oil and Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain revenue generation from the sales of service, spare parts and lubricating oil to meet the annual Sales plan.
∎ Handle customer queries and complaints with company's business standard and develop rapport with customers.
∎ Receive requirements of parts or lube oil from Service or Sales people, assist them for the appropriate service and parts and prepare quotation for necessary service or parts or lube oil.
∎ Maintain sales billing with proper documentation and ensure payment collection after sales within the deadline.
∎ Order products after analyzing sales and demand trends before the stock runs out, but ensuring no excess stock than demand.
∎ Maintain inventory of parts and lube oil store.
∎ Maintain monthly verification of physical stock of parts, tools and lubricating oil.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Learning tendency and being able to learn fast the parts of company's generator brand.
∎ Smart, Energetic and Willful to travel anywhere.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and team-building throughout the organization and outside of organization.
∎ The incumbent should have at least 2 years work experience in Generator Sales or Generator Parts Sales.

∎ Monthly 2 Saturday as Weekly Holiday including all Fridays.
