Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Chemical, Mechanical or Environmental Engineering from any reputed institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop occupational health Safety Management Plan for the plant to ensure a safe work environment for all company employees, contractors, visitors and community.
∎ Develop HSE related procedures and standards in accordance with local and international regulations and applicable standards and practices.
∎ Conduct training of plant personnel on emissions monitoring and control, chemical storage & handling, waste handling and disposal, and effluent treatment.
∎ Conduct periodic audits of plant operation and employee health parameters to ensure alignment with plant HSE management plan and compliance to regulations and standards.
∎ Prepare performance reports for management and to meet requirements of regulatory authorities, and respond to their queries.
∎ Investigate accidents or injuries that occur in the workplace.
∎ Organize and schedule required safety staff and first aid coverage.

∎ The candidate we are looking for has to be highly proactive, self-motivated and energetic.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must have good communication skill in both Bangla & English.
