Injection Molding Machine, Operation & Maintenance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Injection, EPS, Foaming, Thermo-Plastic Forming, Metal Molds Operation, Maintenance and Modifications. Doing scheduled and preventive maintenance of all Molds.
∎ Making new Jigs, Fixtures, and Insert Parts etc.
∎ Resolving all issues related to Factory Molds.
∎ Perform Trial run of Molds and move for mass production.
∎ Designing and Making of Mold parts for smooth Operation.
∎ Bringing modification/s of Mold/Die for ensuring Product quality & Productivity
∎ Analyzing data and making measures accordingly.
∎ Assisting production department so that the qualitative standard can be maintained perfectly.
∎ Vendor Management and Manpower Handling.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 38 years
∎ The candidates from Public university like BUET/KUET/RUET/CUET/ are preferred. MIST/BUP candidates can also apply. CAD Software skill is must. [AutoCAD/ SolidWorks/ NXX, CATIA/Pro-E/ CREO]
∎ Clear idea on operation of Injection molds with Hot Runner and Sequence Controllers.
∎ Good Idea on mold related m/c operation or Tool Room [EDM, VMC, LASER Welding, and Surface Grinder etc.]
∎ CAM, CAI related basic idea will be a benefit.
