∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Candidate must have experience in civil construction.
∎ Applicants must have experience in National Road-Bridge projects, Megastructures, RCC bridges, and Steel bridges, particularly in Superstructure construction.
∎ Candidates with experience in government and JICA-funded projects will be given preference.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor daily activities and effectively lead a team of engineers to achieve success.
∎ Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and properly organized.
∎ Provide daily updates on site progress.
∎ Maintain detailed records of project activities in an organized manner.
∎ Coordinate with the site team, clients, and office staff to ensure smooth workflow.
∎ Identify potential challenges and risks associated with the project and implement appropriate remedies.
∎ Adhere to the work schedule and timeline to ensure timely completion of tasks.
∎ Collaborate with all relevant departments to align activities with project goals.
∎ Report project progress and updates to the Project Manager.
