∎ Age 24 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in preparation of monthly production plan pertaining to rolling module and adhere to it.
∎ Ensure production yield as per production schedule and highlight issues for resolutions.
∎ Supervise production process at various production channels at unit (heating, grooving to reduce diameter as per specifications, cooling etc.)
∎ Supervise setting of mills as per requirements like furnace temperature, grooving, OWS parameters, stock sizes etc.
∎ Monitor production process to ensure production of final products as per quality specifications.
∎ Ensure availability of manpower required for the shift.
∎ Assist in reducing operational and process breakdown.
∎ Execute shutdown jobs as per requirement.
∎ Create and review ERP, OPM Production batch managing required data sets.Minimize miss rolls generation.
∎ Escalate production related issues within the defined scope.
∎ Prepare shift-wise production related MIS.
∎ Monitor and ensure adherence of safety guidelines and procedures at workplace.
∎ Ensure proper Planning & Procurement of Spares by making PR (purchase requisition).
∎ Timely Manage and organize CNC roll turning, CNC notching, general lathe machine, Surface grinder, Shaper, Drill machine etc. & Maintaing all equipment related to workshop.
