Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Materials & Metallurgical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Materials Science and Engineering from BUET/ CUET/ KUET/ RUET.
∎ Skills Required: Ability to lead and manage team, Good communication skills, Hydraulic System, Pneumatic System

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Continuous Casting Machine, Crane Maintenance, mechanical maintenance, Steel Melting, Steel Re rolling
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement Industry, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Paper, Steel
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Adhere to the monthly billet charging plan.
∎ Adjust and correct machine set-ups of the billet charging supporting devices.
∎ Ensure the furnace condition (Maintaining proper temperature, pressure, combustion air supply, oxygen supply, gas supply etc.)
∎ Ensue the execution of production process of the re-heating the billets.
∎ Ensure smooth floor operations and adherence to production schedules.
∎ Adhere to technical and process specifications on the production floor.
∎ Provide inputs to superiors for reduction in operational and process breakdown.
∎ Execute the plan of annual furnace shutdown, preparation and shutdown tasks.
∎ Create and provide input ERP, OPM Production batch by required data sets.
∎ Ensure availability of manpower required for the shifts.
∎ Ensure production yield as per production schedule and highlight issues for resolutions.
∎ Escalate production related issues within the defined scope.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 1 - 2 years experience in similar field.
