Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Knowledge of AutoCAD is mandatory
∎ Working experience in the Product Development team will be considered an added advantage.

∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ The incumbent has to create and develop new products and improve existing products. The responsibilities of a product developer include conducting market research, collaborating with marketing, technical, and manufacturing team.
∎ The candidate should have experience on Furniture Manufacturing and windows, doors, decorative fittings, and functional fittings etc.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing relationships with suppliers, including negotiating contracts, reviewing samples, and approving finished products.
∎ Keeping abreast of technological advances in the field to determine their potential impact on product development.
∎ Analyzing existing products to identify areas for improvement and updating current documentation
∎ Establishing timelines for each phase of the product development process,
∎ Evaluating new product ideas to determine feasibility and potential market demand.
∎ Managing the budget and financial resources associated with each product development project.
∎ Providing leadership, motivation, and guidance to a team of designers and engineers.
∎ Making strategic decisions about design elements, materials, manufacturing methods, and other factors that affect a product's performance, safety, cost, and aesthetics.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects on an ongoing basis.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Excellent organizational and time management skills with appropriate sense of Commitment and superior attention to detail.
∎ Ability to work in a team environment, build trust and relationships with vendor & cross functional partners.
∎ Strong analytical skills.
∎ Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, & Outlook
