∎ Age 20 to 25 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Attend all Electrical and PLC Breakdowns and troubleshooting and problem analysis, solve and inform to Top level as require.
∎ 2. Before installation and replacement in the production line all Electrical and Electronics types of equipment check and test.
∎ 3.PLC Hardware replacement with damaged one.
∎ 4. Inverter parameter setup and testing & commissioning with application motor.
∎ 5.Preparing the Breakdown analysis report, Schedule and preventive maintenance report.
∎ 6.Check all plant PLC parameters and report to the manager.
∎ 7. Maintain all Electrical and PLC panels and Control as per instruction.
∎ 8.Check spares' physical stock as per inventory.
∎ 9.Preparing Electrical drawings (single line diagram, control diagram and panel diagram) and project file.
