∎ Age 20 to 27 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Attend all Electrical and PLC Breakdowns and troubleshooting and problem analysis, solve and inform to Top level as require.
∎ Before installation and replacement in the production line all Electrical and Electronics types of equipment check and test.
∎ PLC Hardware replacement with damaged one.
∎ Inverter parameter setup and testing & commissioning with application motor.
∎ Preparing the Breakdown analysis report, Schedule and preventive maintenance report.
∎ Check all plant PLC parameters and report to the manager.
∎ Maintain all Electrical and PLC panels and Control as per instruction.
∎ Check spares' physical stock as per inventory.
∎ Preparing Electrical drawings (single line diagram, control diagram and panel diagram) and project file.
