Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to read & understand the process and instrumentation loop diagrams and process flow chart.
∎ PLC Programming & controlling system with the brand of Mitsubishi Compact & modular PLC, He will lead a team of operator.
∎ Electronics Process / Maintenance Engineer - Mitsubishi PLC Programming and Troubleshooting Knowledge
∎ Experience in Refrigerator Manufacturing Process like PU Foaming, Thermoforming, Sheet Metal, Power press & Extruder machinery.
∎ Responsible for designing, planning, evaluating, implementing and documenting industrial automation related projects and initiatives (PLC / HMI / VFD / Instrumentation / Servo amplifier Adjustment / Data and Voice Networks / plant electrical distribution systems).
∎ Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of automation products and its hardware and Software, including network and interface software, protocols and architectures, specification etc.
∎ Designs electrical systems by developing and testing components.
∎ Evaluates electrical systems, products, components, and applications by designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of electricity and materials.
∎ Confirms system's and components' capabilities by designing testing methods; testing properties.
∎ Develops electrical products by studying project requirements & testing manufacturing and assembly methods and materials.
∎ Develops manufacturing processes by designing and modifying equipment for building and assembling electrical components; soliciting observations from operators.
∎ Assures product quality by designing electrical testing methods; testing finished products and system capabilities.
∎ Prepares product reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
∎ Keeps equipment operational by following company policy and established procedures; requesting repair service.
∎ Maintains product data base.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management.

∎ Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
∎ Positive mindset, can work under pressure.
