Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum B.Sc in Mechanical from any reputed institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Possesses thorough knowledge on Mechanical equipment’s.
∎ Performs sourcing of suppliers, conducts negotiation and arranges purchase of quality materials of Mechanical items in a competitive price.
∎ Maintains liaison with suppliers and follow up shipment of the consignments time to time.
∎ Prepares any kinds of maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
∎ Coordinates with concerned department, C & F Agents and Transport agency for ensuring smooth delivery of Engineering equipment’s and coordinates to reach the same at the selected locations.
∎ Prepare procurement plan for availability uninterrupted Mechanical items.
∎ Arranges for necessary L/C, communicates with insurance company in connection with insurance claim, initiates legal matters etc.
∎ Ensures procurement of different Mechanical spare parts on demand from local/ international market.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Knowledge on ERP or Industry Related software is preferable.
∎ Knowledge on supplier management, quotation collection, procurement with financial & technical competitive evaluation will be an added advantage.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should have good communication skills in both English & Bangla.
Salary: Negotiable
