Hydraulic System, mechanical maintenance, Pneumatic System
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Steel, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To perform day to day shift activities (Check list, Pending Jobs, Condition Monitoring etc.) and keep the plant operational.
∎ Performing planned and predictive maintenance as per schedule.
∎ Undertake effective planning and prioritization of workload wherever necessary.
∎ Ensure that resources are used to optimum effect.
∎ Attend breakdown maintenance, record and submit written report if any delay towards the shift.
∎ Complete and maintain accurate, timely documentation and records (shift log book) as standard.
∎ Maintain the required standard of housekeeping.
∎ Support other teams as required.
∎ Shift manpower management (assign jobs & follow up, motivation, onsite training etc.)
∎ Maintain strong communication with other department shift in charge during the shift.
∎ Handover & Takeover the shift on site.
∎ Undertake any other tasks or duties as required by the line manager
∎ Conforming to health and safety procedures and policies.
