Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/Diploma in Mechanical/ Marine Engineering from any Public / Private University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will coordinate and perform all plant mechanical maintenance work. Maintenance engineer will be responsible for planning their work, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, considering the environmental implications of his work, obtaining resources and controlling costs.
∎ Ensure attending schedule & unscheduled maintenance for main engines (MAN 18V48/60TS), turbine, boiler and other equipment.
∎ Troubleshoot, repair and maintain all plant equipment as required to support plant operation.
∎ Ability to interpret and review drawing and design & ensure compliance in accordance to the design requirements.
∎ Ensure supervising on different types of modification on auxiliaries system for smooth plant operation.
∎ Responsible for following plant safety guidelines and procedures, Strives to maintain an injury free environment.
∎ Comply with all procedures and standards of operation & maintenances as well as to follow ISO standard for Environment, Quality Management and Occupational Health & Safety.
∎ Maintain and control spare parts inventory.
∎ Train and develop other employees in maintenance skills.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ At least 4 year(s) for B.Sc Engineer and at least 5 years for Diploma Engineer.
∎ Minimum 3 years maintenance experience in HFO based power plants.
∎ Experience in MAN Engine with cogeneration will get preference.
∎ Pro-active, self-motivated, honest with leadership quality.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Good communication skills.
