Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Reviewing & monitoring internal control systems of mechanical work and recommending improvements to the internal control system
∎ Checking different types of mechanical work bills
∎ Checking mechanical drawings as per approval
∎ Prepare variance analysis report on the actual cost of mechanical work.
∎ Checking Comparative statement (CS) for procuring mechanical items.
∎ Frequently visit the plant site to evaluate the quality of mechanical work.
∎ Conduct follow-up audits to monitor management's interventions
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management from time to time
