Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical from any reputed institution.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all the related document in ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 format.
∎ Responsible for ensuring better & smooth operation of all the equipment's related to VRM including Slag Shed to Cement Silo Top by keeping in touch with the proper maintenance.
∎ Ensuring adequate solutions for solving any kinds of mechanical problems/misbehaviors of the equipment's of VRM when arisen.
∎ Carrying responsibilities including production related issues specially posting of production in SAP system.
∎ Keeping in touch to get better output from the Shift Engineers by communicate with them & motivate them to perform their job responsibilities properly.
∎ Communicate with the foreigners in perfect way when they come to the plant for any kinds of better optimization issue regarding VRM.
∎ Preparing an optimum scheduled plan for performing weekly & monthly through maintenance of VRM equipment's.
∎ Managing manpower/maintenance team in order to achieve our appropriate maintenance related jobs of VRM dept.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must have computer knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, e-mail, Internet etc).
∎ Must have good communication skill in both Bangla & English.

Salary: Negotiable
