∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Function-Based:-
∎ Review mechanical drawings and calculations to find out the optimum solution
∎ Examine utility requirement and associated design
∎ Ensure on-time fieldwork implementation complying with all relevant safety rules, design & drawings
∎ Co-ordination with consultant’s site engineers to ensure correct installation and commissioning as per approved design
∎ Provide engineering inputs and technical support at the site for On-time implementation
∎ Review daily progress reports tracking site activities and advancement
∎ Expedite site activities with project master schedule and give input accordingly if needed
∎ Coordination Based:-
∎ Coordinate with all related departments at the site to ensure smooth job progress
∎ Leadership & People-Based:-
∎ Having results-driven approach
∎ Promote a culture of excellence, teamwork, innovative thinking and continuous improvement.
∎ Create a knowledge-sharing culture
∎ Act as a change agent to align with the mission and vision of the Company
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate having experience in Steel Plant Project / large industrial plants & projects will be given preference
Salary: Negotiable
