Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma/B.Sc in CSE, EEE, ETE, ECE.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues. (Level-1)
∎ Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. Level 2, Level 3).
∎ Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
∎ Travels to customer sites for selling Internet Bandwdth, project areas, business related events, and other sales related location.
∎ Basic knowledge in Internet, Computer, MikroTik, Juniper, Cisco Router and Switches.
∎ Basic knowledge in Industrial Power systems, PDU, MDB, SDB, Rectifier, Inverter, UPS, etc.
∎ Basic knowledge in Fiber Optic Transmission, Patch cord, etc.
∎ Basic knowledge in Telecom site/customer survey.
∎ Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-4 years of experience for Diploma.
∎ 1-2 years of experience for B.Sc.

Salary: Negotiable
