Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Administering all civil projects, preparing drafts and estimation of fees.
∎ Drafting different civil proposals & presenting it to the Management by ensuring the compliance to schedule and budget and document of all requirements.
∎ Preparing drawings and assisting to make the relevant design calculations.
∎ Maintaining smooth communication with the relevant parties for multiple projects and providing engineering and technical support as per requirement.
∎ Supervising the works of all engineering staffs, evaluating their performance and provide required training to the subordinates to manage the projects efficiently.
∎ Analyzing and recommending appropriate strategies to minimize the cost for all construction works / key management issues and managing the workforce according to the scope of all projects.
∎ Developing different policies and procedures and implementing them effectively.
∎ Helping the Supply Chain Division to select technically sound contractors as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in Civil Works in a Large Manufacturing Unit.
∎ Computer Literacy (MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint etc.)

Salary: Negotiable
