∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant field.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Should have vast knowledge on preparing BOQ, Cost analysis etc.
∎ To receive labor bill & check its quantity physically as per requirement
∎ To check rate as per work order & work order specifications
∎ To maintain labor bill monitoring sheet entitled aluminum, MS & SS, Tiles, Paint etc.
∎ Materials consumptions checked with bill quantity such as MS rod, RCC casting, plaster etc.
∎ Analyze drawings & specifications to understand terms & conditions.
∎ Formulate cost break downs from estimates & for project progress
∎ Preparing bill as per drawing & site investigations.
