Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow existing company process to receive customers for servicing and repairing works efficiently and provide a high level of customer's service.
∎ During the time of product delivery to customers- perform "Final Inspection" by signing quality inspection stamp and provide advice on the future servicing to secure customer satisfaction through quotation or observation note.
∎ Prepare the standard of the project finalizing products and accepting the consent of those of the customers concerned;
∎ Need to provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
∎ Perform towards Zero customer complaints and "Zero" "Repeat Job".
∎ Collect the client's opinion regarding the working process.
∎ Arrange project handover meeting;
∎ Attend after handover complaints made by clients and make a register & follow up.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Technical knowledge relating to construction and glazing
∎ Must be able to work on own initiative with a proactive approach.
∎ Attention to detail and process driven
∎ Excellent organizational and time management skills.
∎ Integrity & confidentiality.
∎ Strong communication.
