Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive the civil works at site as per project schedule and submit progress report periodically.
∎ Prepare daily site reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
∎ Check for any potential cost and time over-runs proactively, highlight and report accordingly.
∎ Keep regular measurement data of works in specified format.
∎ Prepare materials demand note and submit as per format.
∎ Ensure BOQ Making & submission.
∎ Oversee and monitor the works of the vendors/contractors at project sites and prepare report accordingly.
∎ Check the invoices as per SOP and site measurement.
∎ Ensure adherence to quality standards for civil works at site.
∎ Assist in preparing as-built drawing as per requirement.
∎ Ensure the quality and quantity of materials delivered at site.
∎ Escalate any issues at site as per the predefined escalation matrix.
∎ Ensure safety of internal/external workforce by using PPE and follow-up safe practices and maintaining the use of PPE by all.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 2 - 5 years experience in similar field.
