∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Reputed Institution. Diploma in Civil will be preferred considering the experience
∎ Skills Required: Auto Cad 2D, Ms Excell
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ FUNCTION-BASED
∎ Check technical specifications prepared by consultants for various works
∎ Review of techno-commercial offers from contractors, prepare CS, prepare documents for Work Order
∎ Ensure on-time field implementation complying with all relevant safety rules
∎ Managing communication with different relevant construction-related parties and providing engineering inputs and technical support
∎ Supervise and evaluate the site works done by contractors, provide the required support to subordinates to manage the project efficiently
∎ Manage total activities and duties of subordinates to maintain the project schedule efficiently
∎ Preparation of Project Schedule & BOQ
∎ Check different bills and necessary documents to maintain compliance
∎ INTERNAL COORDINATION BASED
∎ Coordinate with the electrical, mechanical and process peer position holders to ensure proper alignment of all-out planning of the project
∎ Coordinate with Store and ICMD Department for ensuring stock of all kinds of construction goods
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Project Planning, Project Management, Construction Management and Implementation as per Structural Drawing, Design of both RC and Steel Structures
∎ Strong communication, negotiation and influential skills
∎ Knowledge in AutoCAD 3D, ETABS/STAAD Pro will be added advantage
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
