Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of the project schedule.
∎ The candidate should have clear concept/idea/experience in structural and construction work.
∎ The candidate should have experience in construction of Residential/Office/Commercial buildings.
∎ The candidate will be responsible to implement project as per design and variation, if any
∎ BSc in civil engineering having minimum 05 years experience or Diploma in Civil Engineering having minimum 10 years experience.
∎ Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
∎ Ability to run the construction project independently.
∎ Responsible for leading the Project/construction.
∎ Provide timely feedback or report to the management on project related performance.
∎ Capable to run the complete construction management.
∎ Able to prepare work and project completion schedule
∎ Ensure work done at site as per design and drawing.
∎ Directly supervise the team & provide timely feedback to Management on project related performance.
∎ Other works.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ The candidate should have the knowledge of road development / construction woks of housing project.
