∎ B.Sc/Diploma in Automobile from any reputed Institution will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Internal Audit, Transport Management, Transport Operation
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensures compliance with established internal control procedures by examining vehicle records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
∎ Initiate periodic inspection plan for fleet and generate technical reports for individual vehicle.
∎ Monitor work orders, notes, and monthly reports on expenditure for repairing and maintenance of the vehicles and arrange the payments accordingly.
∎ Visit BRTA to ensure as and when required to carry out and comply with all kinds of legal formalities (Registration, Fitness, Tax Token, Route Permit, Police Case etc.)
∎ Reviewing & monitoring of internal control system and recommending improvements of the internal control system.
∎ Examining financial transactions and specific inquiries into individual items including details testing of transactions balance & procedures.
∎ Review of economy, efficiency, and effectiveness of transport operations.
∎ Ensure a schedule for routine maintenance of all vehicles and maintain proper documentation of maintenance cost of company vehicles.
∎ Preparer various special audit and control reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing operating information and trends.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates should have to be smart, energetic & dynamic.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Experience in handling a large fleet of vehicles will get priority.
∎ Good communication & interpersonal skill.
∎ Able to generate various audit report.
∎ Sound knowledge on MS Office.
