∎ Age 20 to 28 years
∎ 1-5 years of experience in production in a Precast Pile plant, Ready Mix Concrete industry, or heavy manufacturing environment
∎ Knowledge of concrete batching, formwork, reinforcement, and curing processes
∎ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems is an advantage
∎ Having problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills
∎ Safety training or lean manufacturing certification is a plus
∎ Leadership, problem-solving, strong communication, and decision-making abilities
∎ 1-5 years of experience in production in a Precast Pile plant, Ready Mix Concrete industry, or heavy manufacturing environment

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in managing daily precast pile production activities, ensuring smooth workflow
∎ Monitor batching, casting, curing, demolding, and storage of precast piles
∎ Ensure proper material usage and minimize wastage in production
∎ Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure equipment is in good working condition
∎ Monitor and control production timelines to meet project requirements
∎ Ensure that all products meet the required quality and customer specifications
∎ Inspect raw materials and finished products, take corrective actions for defects and deviations
∎ Maintain accurate production records, including material consumption, output, and downtime
∎ Generate daily and weekly production reports
∎ Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions
