Additional Requirements:
SSC pass with a Trade course in electrical work Certificate, 03 (three) years’ experience in this field.
Proven experience as an electrician, preferably in facilities maintenance.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems of HVAC, and fire safety equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work under pressure.

Job Summary: We are currently looking for energetic, dynamic and enthusiastic person for the following position:
Electrician:
Major Responsibilities:
Repair, service, and maintain electrical systems of HVAC units, and fire safety equipment.
Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical panels, wiring, switches, sockets, and lighting systems.
Inspect, service, and repair fire alarm systems, smoke detectors, sprinklers, and related safety devices.
Service HVAC systems including air conditioners, exhaust fans, chillers, and ducting works.
Diagnose and resolve electrical faults to ensure uninterrupted power supply.
Carry out all tasks in compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Support in testing, troubleshooting, and repairing of electrical and fire protection systems.
Maintain accurate logbooks, checklists, and daily service reports.
Coordinate with the maintenance team to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Perform emergency repairs to minimize downtime when required.
