• SSC pass with a Trade course in electrical work Certificate, 03 (three) years’ experience in this field.

• Proven experience as an electrician, preferably in facilities maintenance.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems of HVAC, and fire safety equipment.

• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to work under pressure.

Job Summary: We are currently looking for energetic, dynamic and enthusiastic person for the following position: 

Electrician:

Major Responsibilities:

• Repair, service, and maintain electrical systems of HVAC units, and fire safety equipment.

• Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical panels, wiring, switches, sockets, and lighting systems.

• Inspect, service, and repair fire alarm systems, smoke detectors, sprinklers, and related safety devices.

• Service HVAC systems including air conditioners, exhaust fans, chillers, and ducting works.

• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults to ensure uninterrupted power supply.

• Carry out all tasks in compliance with safety standards and company policies.

• Support in testing, troubleshooting, and repairing of electrical and fire protection systems.

• Maintain accurate logbooks, checklists, and daily service reports.

• Coordinate with the maintenance team to resolve technical issues efficiently.

• Perform emergency repairs to minimize downtime when required.
