∎ SSC/ HSC/ Diploma in relevant Subject.
∎ Experienced candidate may be relaxed at academic qualification.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Electrician
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Troubleshooting of all types of AC and Fire system. Identify electrical problem and take necessary action to Repair, install, inspect and maintenance the electrical systems on regular basis.
∎ Install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems.
∎ Inspect electrical components, such as Air conditioner, transformers and circuit breakers, Access Control system setup, Generator, CCTV.
∎ Identify electrical problems with a variety of testing devices.
∎ Repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
∎ Follow state and local building regulations based on the National Electric Code.
∎ Minimum knowledge on Local Area Network connection setup and Network Cabling & Testing, windows setup and troubles hooting related works.
∎ Installation & maintenance or enough idea of any type electronics device after training period.
∎ Carry out any other duties as required by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hotel, Party/ Community Center, Restaurant, Resort
∎ Must have a good problem-solving ability.
∎ Should have practical knowledge / experience in electronics & electrical work.
∎ Strong ability to keep good records of hours worked and maintenance tools.
∎ Must have relevant training and/or experience in a similar role.
∎ Must have good time and process management skills.
∎ Must have good organizational skills.
∎ Able to work morning, evening, weekend, holiday, and overnight shifts.
