Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg), Diploma in Electrical, Diploma in Electronics
∎ B. Sc in Engineer & Electronics in Electrical Engineering from any reputed University/ Institute.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory/ Plant/ Facility Management, Installation/ Erection, Operator (CADD)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House, Developer, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Engineering Firms, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To manage all electrical technician and electrical works and have excellent experience for project and will need to set up the internal and external wiring construction/ project site.
∎ Should be responsible for overall Electrical and related works of the Project.
∎ Locating/identifying sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation and takes initiative for problem solving and discuss with superior/departmental head for take necessary steps.
∎ Controlling maintenance techniques, monitoring for avoid hassle.
∎ Planning and understanding of electrical drawing and related topics.
∎ Knowledge of troubleshooting and rectifying the related electrical control panels for daily control works.
∎ Have to work as a team leader of semi-skilled technicians to complete the entire electrical problem in the construction/ project site.
∎ Proper knowledge and understand equipment related safety requirements and ensure adherence to it,
∎ Manage Electrical devices & maintenance functions of the Generators, Lift installation & Solar Panel etc.
∎ Should have sound knowledge & skill in preventive, breakdown maintenance practices, and spare parts etc.
∎ Responsible for periodical & breakdown maintenance of all electrical equipments & instruments.
∎ Responsible for materials/spares management, inventory control and manpower management.
∎ The applicants should have Operation and Maintenance experience in any type of Industry/ High rise building/ 5-star Hotel/ University etc. in the following areas:
∎ Diesel Generator operation and Maintenance.
∎ Sub-station (Transformer and ACB/VCB etc.)
∎ LT Panel, HT Panel and PFI Plant.
∎ Water Treatment Plant (WTP)
∎ Lift
∎ Cleaners / Sanitary and plumbing / painting etc.
∎ Diesel Engine / Fire Pump /Fire Fighting system
∎ Conduct regular inspections of all areas of a facility.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Pragmatic, Proactive, Analytical and problem solving attitude.
∎ Should have very good communication skill.
∎ Good Hands on Working Knowledge on Computer.
∎ Sincere, hard-working and willing to work under pressure.
