Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Electrical equipment.
∎ Ensure to smooth running all production machines.
∎ Monitoring the recommended Preventive maintenance activities of diesel generator, electrical substation, transformers and all machines at factory.
∎ Maintain inventory of all kinds of electrical spare parts.
∎ Preparation of monthly presentation report for machine operation.
∎ Complete and maintain accurate, timely documentation and records as required by the business.
∎ Check the all electrical equipment and Supervision of technical personnel.
∎ Take measures & ensure for supply of power without interruption and voltage fluctuation for all sophisticated machines.
∎ Take measures for control wastage of all wastes arising out of inefficient machine operation & breakdown.
∎ Take measures for operation of all machinery at rated capacity.
∎ Assessing need of spare parts and coordinates with store to ensure availability of those parts.
∎ Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and practices operated by the factory.

∎ To participate in all activities in respect of ISO/HACCP/QMS/EHS etc.
∎ Any other functions as and when assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Minimum 3 to 5 years working experience in a large manufacturing industry.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ As per company policy.
