Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Electrical Maintenance, PLC Programming
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Instrumentation Systems Handling: PLC Programming / Trouble shooting whenever required.
∎ Machine Preventive: Make sure that all the line equipment is operational and proper preventive maintenance has been taken as per plan.
∎ Predictive Maintenance: Identify predictive maintenance requirement for the equipment component discussing with supervisor or line manager.
∎ Breakdown Maintenance: Maintain & troubleshoot any sudden breakdown on line equipment during production in minimum possible time frame.
∎ GMP, Safety, Environmental quality; Maintain GMP during maintenance following all safety and environmental practices and rules, giving importance to quality of product produced and adhering to all applicable standard.
∎ Maintain and Troubleshoot all Motor Drive controllers (Frequency controller).
∎ Inspect and maintain of all types of drive motors, Sensors, Limit switches, Encoders, machine safety system used in beverage filling lines.
∎ Preventive, Predicative Maintenance and Trouble shooting in Beverage Filling equipment, like latest technology high speed blow molding machines, filling equipment, Labeler, tray packer, Palletizer De-palletizer machines. Bottle conveying system, Syrup manufacturing equipment (preference will be given to the candidate having experience with Krones, KHS, Sidel machines).
∎ Participate additional maintenance work in Water treatment, power substations, Co2 manufacturing, Injection molding system, transformer and other utility equipment like Compressor, Boilers, and Chillers etc. as required
∎ Maintain Electro-Pneumatic control system in filling line like solenoid valves, flow control valves, process control valves. Flow meters touch screen operating panels, temperature, pressure, and level and flow sensors.
∎ Prepare report like downtime notification, breakdown report and work order confirmation etc.
∎ Practice good GMP EOSH, Quality system in beverage industries.
