Student Counselor - Australia,New Zealand, USA, Canada, Malaysia & Europe
Lumins Education and Migration is a trusted education and migration consultancy, helping students achieve their dream of studying abroad. We are seeking a smart, focused, and preferably experienced Educational Consultant who can provide genuine guidance and counseling throughout the entire process of higher education abroad.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional telephonic counseling to prospective students and invite them to the office for in-person sessions.
Guide students through the entire journey – from course and university selection, application submission, documentation, SOP/CV/Cover Letter preparation, to visa application.
Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and local/international partners.
Conduct visa interview preparation and mock interview sessions for students.
Explore new opportunities and work under pressure to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Present information on social media (through posts, photo/video shoots, FB Live sessions) to attract and engage students.
Connect with clients via social media and telemarketing to build trust and convert leads.
Assist in preparing students’ academic and visa documents as per requirements.
Participate in education fairs, university visits, and represent Lumins Education and Migration in various events.
Collaborate with management and complete tasks assigned in line with organizational goals.
