We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Intern to join our team at Lumins Education and Migration. In this role, you’ll support our counseling team, assist students with their overseas education inquiries, and gain hands-on experience in student visa processes for countries such as Australia, Canada, the USA, the UK, New Zealand, and Europe. Job Responsibilities

• Assist the counseling team in handling student inquiries and providing basic guidance on overseas study options.

• Support the team with administrative tasks like preparing student records, verifying documents, and following up on application status.

• Help maintain accurate and up-to-date databases of student profiles and application progress.

• Respond to emails and phone queries professionally under supervision.

• Prepare application forms and support document checklists for student visa and admission processes.

• Attend team meetings and training sessions to build knowledge about overseas education and visa procedures.

• Assist in the preparation of presentations, marketing materials, and social media content as required.

• Help manage student appointments and assist with organizing local promotional or educational events.

• Perform other duties assigned by senior team members or management.
