Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized counseling to students, recommending Australian universities, courses, and locations based on their academic profile, career goals, and budget.

• Assess student eligibility and guide them through meeting GS (Genuine Student) requirements, including academic progression, study purpose, and financial capacity.

• Guide students through the entire application and visa process for studying in Australia.

• Prepare, review, and submit university applications, supporting documents, and visa files accurately.

• Stay updated with the latest information on Australian universities, admission criteria, scholarships, and visa policies.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and education providers.

• Maintain accurate student records and manage queries through email, phone, and in-person meetings.

• Participate in education fairs, seminars, and marketing activities to promote OSHS Global’s services.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of proven experience in student counseling, particularly with Australian applications.

• In-depth knowledge of Australian education systems, course options, visa requirements, and GS guidelines.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple files at once.

• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and basic online platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.

• Experience with Australian applications is a must.

• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential.

• Experience with other destinations (e.g., UK, Canada, USA) is an advantage.
