• Graduation from any reputed university (Concentration preferably Math/English).

• Working experience with children will be given preference.

• Age 20 to 32 years
• Only Female

• Strong written and oral communication skills, including substantive analysis and report writing skills

• Outgoing and service-oriented personality

• Energetic and proactive (Ability to work under pressure and multitask)

• Punctual, well-organized, and reliable

• Focused, diligent, and enjoy working with children of all ages (3-14)

• Have to be respectful, polite, professional, willingness to learn

• Proficiency in G Suite (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

What is KUMON?

The Kumon method arrived in Bangladesh through the Brac-Kumon initiative. BRAC Kumon started their expedition in Bangladesh in September 2017. The very first Kumon Centre was inaugurated in Dhanmondi, with a subsequent center opening in Uttara in the month of October. Both the centers provide international standard education to students and offer Math and English as a Foreign Language (EFL) program to children aged 4 to 14. Kumon now has 17+ centers all over Dhaka and its’ surroundings.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Marking and grading KUMON worksheets

• Instructing students through their classwork

• Reporting student progress to the Instructor and parents

• Grading students’ classwork and homework in the KUMON method

• Assisting the instructors in center management

• Analyzing and maximizing student ability through the KUMON method.
