We are looking for a responsible, smart, and hardworking individual to ensure the smooth daily online operations of Harmanii, our premium tech and audio brand.

Job Overview:

• Position: E-commerce Operations Executive

• Job Type: Full-time (1-Month Probation/Internship)

• Office Hours: Saturday – Thursday (11:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

• Office Location: Monipuri Para, Dhaka

Salary & Employment Terms:

• Probationary Salary (1st Month): 8,000 BDT

• Permanent Salary (From 2nd Month): 12,000 BDT / month

• Future Growth: If the business scales or the operational workload increases, further salary increments will be provided (please note this is conditionally based on business growth and is not guaranteed).

• Important Note: The first month serves strictly as a probationary period. Transitioning to a permanent role is not guaranteed. The final hiring decision will be based entirely on a thorough evaluation of your performance, adaptability, and dedication at the end of this period.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI-Assisted Customer Support: Respond to customer queries on our Facebook Page, Messenger, WhatsApp, and Shopify Inbox. Utilize AI (like Gemini) to draft professional, polite replies and monitor our automated systems.

• Order Management: Handle daily order processing, fulfillment, and inventory tracking on Shopify.

• Customer Calling: Call customers to confirm orders and provide professional solutions to basic technical or product-related queries.

• Premium Packaging: Meticulously package products, maintaining the brand's high-end, minimalist aesthetic and premium standard.

• Data Management: Accurately enter and manage customer and delivery data in Excel/Google Sheets.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Highly proficient in using computers, smartphones, and the internet.

• Solid understanding of Shopify, Facebook Business Suite, WhatsApp, and Excel/Google Sheets.

• Eager to learn and use AI tools (Gemini/ChatGPT) for professional tasks.

• Strong documentation and research skills to effectively guide AI models and maintain operational records.

• Basic English Proficiency: Must possess functional English reading and writing skills. (Note: If your English needs improvement, you will be required to complete a mandatory Duolingo course to upskill during your probation period).

• Excellent communication skills with a professional, polite, and refined tone.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to completing tasks on time is mandatory.

• Prior experience working with e-commerce, gadgets, or tech/audio products will be given special preference.
