Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Sales Department, ensuring smooth workflow.
∎ Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of Sales agents to meet performance targets.
∎ Implement policies, procedures, and standards for customer service and call handling.
∎ Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
∎ Monitor sales department & call center metrics and provide reports on performance and areas for improvement.
∎ Train new employees and ensure ongoing development for existing team members.
∎ Coordinate with other departments to improve customer service processes.
∎ Maintain staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and legal regulations.
∎ Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to agents.
