Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting in the preparation of management reports on a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, yearly, and as and when necessary basis and submitting the reports on a timely and accurate basis.
∎ Maintaining cash and receiving cash on a daily basis from clients.
∎ Assisting in the preparation of statutory financial statements and reporting.
∎ Processing operational and construction bills, ensuring compliance with company established and VAT and Tax laws applicable in Bangladesh.
∎ Recording transactions in the accounting software.
∎ Maintaining ledgers and records in a systematic way.
∎ Reconciling payable ledgers with vendors.
∎ Processing loan installment payments and recording interest on loans on a timely and accurate basis.
∎ Maintaining regular correspondence with banks for regular transactions.
∎ Preparing bank reconciliations for all operational banks on a monthly basis.
∎ Assisting the reporting senior with the successful implementation of operational activities as assigned and performing ad hoc job requirements assigned by the senior
∎ Preparing fund flow statements with assistance from senior team members.
∎ Preparing different MIS reports when needed
∎ Closing of the daily cash book with breakup and denominations before departure
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates who previously worked in the manpower recruitment will be given preference.
∎ Strong interpersonal communication skills
∎ Well-versed in MS Office
∎ A capacity to work under pressure
∎ To understand VAT and TAX related work
∎ Maintain proper books of account
