∎ Experience and Knowledge: Experience of working in a Hospital as Duty manager/administrator
∎ The ability to work under pressure and deal with challenging situation in a sensitive and creative manner
∎ Preferred Skills and Expertise:

∎ c. Proven ability to work independently and working together with other colleagues
∎ d. Language skills both in Bangla and English

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Security system: To monitor the entire security system and ensure that security guards are present at their schedule post and performing their task judicially. And arrange to meet any crisis management in coordination with the manager admin& security.Presence of staff and duty roster: Check the duty roster of all nonclinical departments (related to 24 hours hospital operations) and ensure that staffs are present of all concern departments as per duty roster.
∎ Cleanliness: Monitor the cleanliness process of the inside of the hospital premises and ensure cleanliness of whole hospital in coordination with relevant Dept.Ensure cleanness of the cafeteria.
∎ Kitchen and Cafeteria: Ensure that the patient get their food in time as prescribed by the doctor and dietitian.
∎ Ensure that food trays are removed from the patients room and pastry room in time in coordination with F&B & housekeeping dept.
∎ All Offices: Ensure the presence of Peons at all office area. And also ensure that all offices are remaining under lock and key with the help of security.
∎ PABX: Check that outside incoming / outgoing lines and all important PABX numbers are functional in coordination with supervisor PABX/PABX staff
∎ Visiting Hours: Supervise that the visiting hours and visitors policy must be followed and the patient attendants are minimized all over the hospital
∎ CC TV and PA system: Ensure all CC TVs are functioning properly and being monitored and any untoward incidents are being reported time to time to the authority by the CCTV supervisors.
∎ Coordination and liaison: To make coordination with on duty clinical coordinators and liaison with different departments to avoid any incidence and inconveniences of the hospital
∎ Medical Gas: Remain aware of the medical gas supply status in coordination with Biomedical Department.
∎ Laundry: Check the function ability of all the machines in coordination with Laundry Department.
∎ Waste Disposal: Ensure that the waste is preserved properly so that the area do not smell in coordination with concerned department.
∎ Emergency: Handle any rowdy situation in cooperation with the duty doctor and customer service officer.
∎ Parking: Ensure all vehicles are parked properly.
∎ CCTV: Ensure CCTV supervisors monitor any untoward incident.
∎ Driver’s Discipline: Ensure that all drivers (both KTH staff, Guests and patients) are seated in the designated place.
∎ Food form outside: Ensure no food from outside is brought inside hospital premises or inside the hospital without the permission of Concerned doctors.
