Job Responsibilities:
∎ Before leaving for a distant destination, start the journey by checking the engine.
∎ Check if the vehicle needs repairs every week.
∎ Creating records accurately documenting observations, maintenance routines and repairs.
∎ Reporting all matters related to the vehicle to the appropriate authorities at specified times.
∎ Properly keeping vehicle log book updated and signature of vehicle user officer.
∎ Regular car cleaning and maintenance.
∎ Completing assigned duties within specified time.
∎ To provide safe driving services in accordance with the rules given by the office and according to the traffic rules.
∎ Maintain good behavior and show due respect to all employees.
∎ Maintaining integrity and efficiency at work.
