Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are hiring a Documentation Officer / Visa Processing Expert to on board our team!
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with submitted CVs from the candidates and convert it from English to Japanese (Japanese language skill is a plus, but not essential)
∎ Process Japan visa application files and handle all relevant tasks. Previous experience and strong knowledge of VFS processes and skills are required.
∎ Manage and organize all administrative documentations.Proficiency required in Microsoft Word, Excel Power Point as well as general computer operations.
∎ Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized institution
∎ Salary: 20,000 BDT
∎ Office Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Saturday to Thursday)
