Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and manage the availability of products in cold storage as per requisition.
∎ Ensure goods are stored properly at the right temperature.
∎ To arrange appropriate warehousing for commodity receiving, dispatching, stacking, food quality control and labor handling.
∎ Inspect overall warehouse premises to ensure commodity safety i.e. check for roof leaks drainage, compound fence, fire-fighting and other pertinent equipment, gates, lighting and security system of warehouse.
∎ Get information about confirmed orders from sales team and invoice in ERP as well as delivery.
∎ Monitor and manage stock levels, delivery times and transportation costs.
∎ Various types' record keeping and report preparation -
∎ Supervise warehouse cleaner, Labor, and security guards.
∎ Prepare various reports and charts such as ledger maintain, warehouse cleaning chart (yearly), warehouse report (daily, monthly), receive & dispatch report, daily warehouse report, waybill, loss and adjustment report, monthly commodity status report.
