Proven record of team building and inter-departmental coordination.
Computer literacy in MS Office, EMR/HMS software, and report preparation.
Must have strong ethical standards and a patient-centered approach.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in large private/teaching hospitals.
Responsibilities & Context:
Provide strategic leadership and direction for all medical services of the hospital.
Oversee planning, development, and implementation of healthcare policies and programs.
Ensure high-quality patient care, clinical governance, and compliance with medical standards.
Supervise and coordinate with doctors, consultants, nurses, and allied health professionals.
Monitor and evaluate hospital services to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies such as BMDC, DGHS, and Ministry of Health guidelines.
Manage departmental budgets, resources, and manpower allocation effectively.
Develop training and capacity-building programs for medical and paramedical staff.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, research, and innovation in healthcare services.
Report directly to the Managing Director/Trust authorities on service quality and performance.
