∎ • Be good at using MS-Excel, MS-Word and other work-oriented software.

∎ • Highly skilled in quality construction with minimum cost and time.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Supervising all construction related work.
∎ • Checking in details and ensure quality of work.
∎ • Implementing all kinds of civil and construction work as per plan (given timeline and budget).
∎ • Coordinate with all stakeholders as required.
∎ • Supervise & guide all team members.
∎ • Ensure legal & buyers’ requirements and safety without fail.
∎ • Ensure and maintain proper documentation.
∎ • To prepare all types of material estimating.
∎ • Keep co-ordination with purchase department for on time material supply.
∎ • Identify the problems and resolve the same, proactively.
∎ • To ensure timely completion of all works as per plan.
