Responsibilities & Context: We are looking for an innovative and strategic Digital Marketing Leader to drive high-impact campaigns, optimize performance across digital channels, and deliver measurable business growth.
- Platform Mastery: Proven expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max), SEO (technical, on-page, off-page), Website and analytics tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, SEMrush/Ahrefs).
- Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to turn complex data (CTR, CPA, ROAS) into actionable insights and campaign optimizations.
- Content & UX Sense: Ability to collaborate on high-converting landing pages, increase brand awareness, and ad creatives.
- Portfolio Proof: Share past campaign results (e.g., “Grew organic traffic by 150% in 6 months” or “Achieved 3x ROAS on Google Ads”).
- Trend Agility: Stay ahead of algorithm updates (Google, Meta), AI-powered ad tools, and voice/search trends.
- Collaboration Skills: Work seamlessly with designers, developers, and sales teams to align campaigns with business goals.
- Develop and execute high-impact digital marketing strategies to drive sales, increase brand awareness, generate leads, and foster revenue growth.
- Manage paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.), SEO, email marketing, content strategy, and social media campaigns.
