∎ Proven experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
∎ Ability to develop innovative and creative marketing campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
∎ Must have IPS at home for electricity back up.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Outstanding experience in post boosting for Facebook pages, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other social media marketing.
∎ Manage social media resources & accounts.
∎ Plan & strategize digital marketing campaigns.
∎ Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media and ad campaigns.
∎ Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
∎ Create graphics for digital marketing campaigns, including email newsletters, social media ads, and Google Ads banners.
∎ Use different advertising tools like Email, SMS, What’s App, social media & other channels.
∎ Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create Visual graphics.
∎ Maintain up-to-date knowledge about latest graphic design techniques.
∎ Portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, static and dynamic social media content, and event/campaign promotional materials.
∎ Optimize designs for different formats, ensuring the highest quality across all channels (web, social media, mobile, print, etc).
∎ Candidate must have to be smart, energetic & dynamic.
∎ Good skills in English, Bangla typing and Computer operating.
∎ Work closely with the marketing team to understand design needs.
∎ Develop marketing materials, advertisements, and promotional content.
∎ Continuously improve and refine design processes for greater impact and efficiency.
∎ Can do work under pressure.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
