Job Context:
∎ Looking for an experienced - "Digital Marketing Expert" not just marketing, it is a "Digital Marketing" position to connect Non-Residential Bangladeshis worldwide and provide them all services as per their demand.
∎ Hence, candidates must be aware of what is Association, Trade Organization, Entrepreneurship, SME, Hierarchy of Bangladesh Government, Warrant of precedence of Bangladesh, organogram of the political organization and Social Organization, Ministries/Departments of the Government of Bangladesh and its function then utilize digital marketing process to involve with Non-Residential Bangladeshis Worldwide to support them with the favor of Bangladesh Government and International Charity organization.
∎ In this position, you will be involved in developing Digital Marketing strategies, and implementing Digital Marketing to collect NRB Clients & Investors, and members for AppsCommerce, F-commerce, Ecommerce, & Supply Chain Management Systems.
∎ Creating digital marketing content for NRB Clients & Investors, and members, entrepreneurs, suppliers, sellers, business partners, and directors.
∎ Pursue digital marketing campaigns using all digital platforms- FB, Whatsapp, Youtube, Instagram, Twitter, SEO -etc.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and manage creative digital marketing strategies
∎ Expert on Social Media platforms marketing, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ad-Sense, SEO, managing digital marketing campaigns, and YouTube marketing.
∎ Creates necessary marketing database, email, and social media advertising
∎ Conducts advertising campaigns and photo shoots for the campaign.
∎ Knowledge of Create Banners, Images, Promotions, etc. to be displayed on the website, Social Media, and Email Marketing.
∎ Must have experience on Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
∎ Mid-level knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Premier
∎ Digital marketing strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
∎ Provide creative ideas for content marketing create and manage link-building strategies & content marketing strategies and executes
∎ Plan and execute all the digital marketing campaigns as per company, Association, and Trade Organization needs, including posting, boosting, and responding.
∎ Launch Optimized Digital Campaigns through Google Ad words, Social Media, Blog, Website & email, etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
∎ Monitor, listen, and respond to visitors and users in all channels
∎ Implementing and Managing Company's social media accounts.
∎ Managing web Hosting by using Cpanel and CMS.
∎ Develop relevant content, publish in digital channels and regularly maintain the channels (i.e. social media, web, email, etc) to reach the company's target customers.
∎ Create a daily status report and send it to management.
∎ Compile reports for management showing results weekly and Monthly

∎ Age 25 to 45 years

Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 40000 (Monthly)
∎ Employee of the year bonus. Client winning bonus.
